Here is my first Busse custom..I picked her up at the post office this morning.
A badger with hand shaped magnum black/blue G10 handles(nothing to radical). I love it.
First it started with the BCS and now I have discovered customs...God help me!
Will it ever end? :D

Nope!!!!! You are beyond help now

Might as well enjoy it. :D :D

Forgot to add - Very nice knife.

Ooooohhh! That's nice! One of the nicest badgers I've seen. Batacs are pretty flippin' sweet.

How does the Custom Shop work?

There are two flavors:

True Custom, where you call or email Garth and place an order and then proceed to wait for several weeks/months/years for it to get done. See the recent Ruck Kensei discussion for an example.

Spec Custom is the Show and Ganzaa special models that get released with upgraded features and finishes. They are marked with the Custom Shop logo to distinguish them from regular production knives. The Cultellus and Hell Razor specials from last month are of this type.

I have more Custom Shop models than regular at this point, and all of them fall into the second category. As an example, here are my BATACs:

The SE is the only one that could be considered production, and that is stretching it since the SEs were offered at Blade and the associated Ganzaa. The top and bottom ones came from (separate) Ganzaas and the swedged one is from Blade West.
