I should put this in Knives for Blade, but this is my first dagger, it is like a Boot Knife. Blade is 6-7/8' OAL is 11-5/8". I feel very good about it for the first one. I would like to thank Mike Q, we roomed at OKCA and I picked his brain about a few things. it really helped me make a move on this knife, i have had the blade saved for about a year. I will need to make a few more before I make my MS dagger but with this one under my belt and the things I learned from it I am feeling good. the handle is walrustusk I call the knife coke bottle boot dagger and I would love to know what you think

Very nice Dave. Well on your way to the big MS dagger. Now I need to get over my daggeritis and do one too.

Dave,

That's just great. Love the way the lines flow down from the handle into that multi-curved guard. Killer Damascus, too,

John

that is some crazy sh!t

Super job, Dave. I really like the size, the handle and guard a lot. Great looking dagger, for sure!

That's some nice stuff Dave... Your damascus just blows my socks off. Crazy... I can't even imagine how you do it.

BEAUTIFUL blade and guard Dave. I'm thinking a bit of adornment such as a decorative pommel would REALLY set it off!

The damascus, as usual is stunning!

Very, very nice, Dave. Something understated in the way of carving on the handle would really set it off just right, I think. Nothing at all intricate, but with some longer carving lines, perhaps.

Best,

Bob Betzner

David that is wonderful! Great looking damascus and really first rate combo with the tusk.

Eric

Thank you all again Bob I was thinking about carving it as Well as a little adornment on the Pommel. and I will do both on the next one but what made sense on this one was two keep it simple so I could work on the others blades I am hoping to have done for blade

That's beautiful, I'm really diggin that gaurd!
