First damascus bowie.......

Unusual belly on the blade ~ but I like ! Love the guard ! !

Hey thanks for the replys. I forget that people want to know all the particulars...
The guard is made of iron from a wagon wheel tyre; acid etched then heat blued in a kiln at about 475 degrees. The hafting is mammoth ivory, the escutcheon is sterling silver (easy to work difficult shapes) and the pins are nickle. The blade is a five bar composite of L6 and 01; 160 layers (five folds).
