  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

It is great knife if I had to choose only one knife for food process and camp it would have to be the bk 5. I love my bk 2 and 9 but the 5 would be something I would carry daily if it was the 1800's.

Congrats on the new 5, one I don't own......yet. ;)

Looks like a good day, no matter what knife you had with you! Gotta love a knife that does just as well outside as it does in the kitchen.

awesome sheath! that knife/sheath combo just begs for some dark wood grips though. Those BK5s are growing on me. mite have to try one out to see if it can replace my Case kitchen knives.

Arrrrrgggggghhhhh!

Would people stop posting pictures of 5's please!
I can't help but look at them and I am trying to resist until the Machax lands.

Sweet pics though btw....grub looks mighty tasty *nom nom*

thanks guys sheath courtesy of skystorm best leather for quality and price. micarta scales on the way. I was very impressed how easy the bk 5 made batoning aged mesquite hardwood. Plus very easy transition to food prep.

Its so nice to hear that my favorite camp knife is finding some new happy owners. Its the best IMO. Light fast and bulletproof. Like Bruce lee

I like to pretend I'm living in the 1800's. Thats why I ordered one last night and the pony express is going to bring it to me soon.

Sweet, I just won one I think.
I used the passaround a while back and really liked the blade.

It will be my dedicated Kitchen and Camp knife..........

The more I use my bk 5 theore I love the function and design. Strip and patina coming up this weekend.

BK&T couldn't buy advertising this good. Y'all just changed my mind on the BK-5 in 18 posts. Now I gotsta get me one. ;)

I've been holding off on the BK5 because I was hoping the BK15 would be released right after SHOT. Not that it's waiting until April, I think I'm going to get one soon. I just found a local(ish) show with several in stock... woot!
