I just picked up my first Emerson today an A-100 PE Stonewash. With its smooth lines and uncomplicated shape this knife is simplicity at its best. Smooth opening, no blade play, nice lock up, built like tank whats not to like. I carry a Kershaw R.A.M. for work (I'm an electrician) and when I'm off I EDC a Spyderco Police3 or a Military (I like big folders), but I believe the A-100 is going to become my primary option for EDC. Sorry for the ranting but I can't praise this knife enough. Does it get any better than this?

I picked one up from New Graham a few weeks ago, I really like mine too:thumbup: I plan on sending it to a fellow forum member for a little "pimp job" nothing fancy just an aluminum backspacer when I can save up the cash.

I love mine, had it for a while now. Absolutely the cleanest looking folder around, never get tired of looking at it. I love how it carries in the pocket, like its not even there. FYI usaknifemaker.com sells titanium low rider clips for cheap that match the a100 style very well.

Great knife, and while it may be a gent style folder, its hands down the strongest folding knife I've ever used, they are just so darn good looking it hurts. lol

Good pick! ;)

My new CQC7 has a liner lock that requires a super strong thumb and disengages with a loud "click." Anyone else have this "issue." That said, love the knife. Cheers, Scott

Very common, Scott. Titanium has a tendency to 'gall' against steel, which results in a stiff lock until broken in. The issue will disappear with use and if you wish to save your thumb, take a pencil to the tang face of the lock to add a bit of lubrication.

That's where i got mine. I live in Princeton, so 20 min. drive to New Graham. Almost Heaven! It's been a week now with the A-100 and I just can't put it down. The perfect EDC for me.
