So birthdays in my house are little weirder than most households. My wife says, "what do you want?" And I say "XYZ" and if she's down w/ it, she'll get it... Evidentally, I'm hard to buy for. (Looks in pants to see if I'm a woman... nope... I'm not...) Hard to BUY FOR??? C'mon... get me some tools. Get me some gun accessories. Get me... my first ESEE!

So that's what's happening... my first RC-4 is now on it's way. MOLLE sheath AND a sheath by armoralleather. Woo-hoo!!! :thumbup::D

An RC-4 for my 40th. Life is indeed good.

Congrats, the 4 was my first and probably still my favorite.

Birthdays are a similar fashion around my house. Wife says I’m hard to buy them. Except that I will generally know exactly what I’d like to have and give my wife an exact link to where to buy it. Generally the cheapest place I’ve found after my own research.

Then I ask what she wants and I get “I don’t know, I really don’t need anything….” Ahhh!

Happy Birthday! You got an awesome wife! My GF is the same way she ask me instead of trying to figure it out, and is open to anything :)

Bdays in my original family home were odd from most peoples too, my dad always got me a die cast every week, cars cars cars, bikes bikes bike, hes a suit, but I guess long ago he use to be a grass root gear head.

My mom always bought me tools, or stuff to build. Lots of model kits.
 
Yay old man.....i mean mycole :p

I take mental notes when the mr bla bla bla's about things he likes. Then I try to find them for holidays. If i can't figure out what it is I send my minions on recon missions.
