First Experience with Kershaw Customer Service

I just completed my first experience with Kershaw Customer Service and WOW what a great experience. They sent me a replacement clip for free, treated me like they valued my business and responded like they were highly interested in my problem. You just don't get that kind of customer service much these days. :thumbup::thumbup: Kershaw Customer Service:thumbup::thumbup:
 
haha yeah they are amazing.

I sent an email asking for a catalog, and before i could blink they already replied and I had the catalog in my box in 2 days! Some "other" guys take 4-6 weeks haha.
 
I have not had the pleasure of dealing with Kershaw's CS, which in itself is a compliment. My newest acquisition is the Damascus Chive, and it was PERFECT. The closed blade was exactly centered and the knife performs exquisitely. Thumbs Up to Kershaw for getting even their smaller products spot on. Even the T-Tool (same order) was flawless. :thumbup:

Yeah, I met them all at Shot 2008: Diane is the best, Steve, the head of ZT, is a Prince! Spoke to Tom on the phone about my 2 Outcasts, a very nice guy. The one time I had a problem was with the coating on my early-production 301- they swapped it for me no questions asked and OVERNIGHTED the replacement to me. As far as I'm concerned these people WROTE THE BOOK on top-notch customer service.
