First experience with Spyderco customer service.

As the subject says I had my first contact with Spyderco customer service today. I needed screws for the clip on my new SS Rookie PE. I spoke to Mike who was extremely helpful and the screws are on the way. More importantly, he had a great attitude and sense of humor. CS folks are the "faces" of just about any company and Mike confirmed that Spydies have friendly faces.
