Hi all
After a small delivery drama with my local postal service, I finally received my first Fiddlebacks. I am blown away by the build and finishing of the knives. I will definitely be back for more.
I will let the pictures do the talking now.
First up is a Duke w black bolstered brown canvas, Tapered Tang, Convex on spalted 5/32 A2
Next is a Bush Hermit w/ natural bolstered dyed oak, SFT and Scandi ground on 3/32 A2
Although most of people will choose leather sheath to go with these knives, I prefer kydex sheath. I requested Eric Lind from Mashed Cat to make me these sheaths. They fit like gloves and lock securely with a loud firm click. These are what I love about Eric's work. He also tried to make the color of the kydex to the handle color.
Now I need to find time to bring these beauties into the woods to give them a good workout.
