Went to Toronto the other day and hit the knife store! I ended up with a ZT 0220.

I like it! I find it hard to believe there is no spring in it!
The only thing I would like added to this knife is some jimping on the spine.
I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Seems like it may have some hot spots for prolonged hard use but other than that I am very impressed with this knife!

Got my first flipper few days ago, 0452 cf.
So addicting to play with.

Too some slow motion video, it opens just as fast as my assisted kershaw blackout. (About 0.5-0.7 seconds at 1/8th speed)

Wow Dan, what an excellent first flipper! Congratulations. My ZT0566 may be replacing my Cold Steel Ultimate Hunter as a camping folder soon, and I have an 0562 on the way. ZT is making some good quality stuff right now.

Thanks! It really does seem like top notch quality. I can hardly wait to use it on some stuff around work!

Congrats! Great first flipper! Enjoy and let us know how it works in hand.

Great choice
Give us some feedback after some time of use

Just did a quick cut test to see how it feels for some hard cutting. I used a piece of reinforced PVC tubing. You need to grip the knife quite tightly as you cut through this stuff!

Anyway, I found that bare-handed its not the most comfortable handle going! It tended to give a hot spot right where my pinky finger grips it. (Highlighted in the pic below)

Surprisingly the lanyard hole didn't bother me at all. As far as hard cutting goes I would just say to wear a glove if you a lot to cut.

Cedric ada just reviewed and tested this knife. Looks great too. I kinda want one but I'd be more interested if it had lots of carbon fiber.
