I just finished up this one tonight, and I'm quite happy with the results:D I'll be making a lot more folders in the future for sure! This one is a bit on the heavy side and built like a tank- the way I like 'em. I may put this one up for sale in a while, if I can stand to part with it (and I'm sure it's up to my standards).

The blade is 1/8" thick 154CM stainless steel; heat treated and cryo quenched by Paul Bos at 58-60rc. The blade is 1.5" wide (max), and it has a 3.75" hollow ground cutting edge with just a bit of a hawkbill curve to it- and one nasty sharp point. The handle is .125" thick Mil-Spec Carbon Fiber; and has an open build design with Torx fasteners. It's right around 1/2" thick overall.

The blade and handle have filework, and the thumbstud was selected to match the back spacers.

The thick liners/ lock are .060" thick 410 stainless; and are heat treated and spring tempered by Mr. Bos as well. The lockup is tight and has no play at all, and the lock release area is fileworked and chamfered. The blade pivots on a precision pivot system and has phosphorous bronze bushings. The blade is centered in the handle when closed and the detent holds the blade securely.

The foldover- style pocket clip is not very noticeable in the hand during use, and is set up so that only a small part of the knife shows over the pocket.

Thanks for looking!

Nice! I like the ergonomics you designed into the overall design.

i was sure you weree to keep the first folder you make but maybe thats just me. kind of like that first knife you made

All right, Jim!! You should make one or two of those for the Lakeland show. By the way, I rented a shop so you kids will have to come over and have a good chuckle at the mayhem once I get it set up and properly messed up:D
