Here are some photos of the first folder I have attempted. It was a fun learning process. I'll be building more of these in the future now that I have purchased or made all the required tooling.

This one has a CPM 154 blade, back spring, and spacer. The intergral bolsters and liners are made from 416 stainless. The handle scales are mammoth ivory with black g10 accents on both sides. All pins are also made from 416. Open it measures 7-1/2" and 4" closed.

Comments are welcomed and thanks for looking

Wow...

Really? Your first folder? Well, I can´t wait to see the next ones.

This one is brilliant.

Congratulations.

Fantastic first effort, James, particularly clean and symmetrical on the bolsters. Would love to see a nice swedge on the next one.

James,

Excellent folder regardless of how many you've made. A few comments from the peanut gallery, it's slightly on the thick side
and could be tighter across the spine, but these are minor criticisms. Integrals are my thing and a plus for you right off the bat.
I will also comment on the "black" around the handle material, it suggests a less than perfect fit on your slabs.

Would like to see more...
Jeff

Thank you gentlemen! I learnt quite a lot building this knife and I am looking forward to fining the next one.

James, really nice work.
If I didn't know better, I would think you'd been at folders a while.
Well done.
