First folder..

First attempt at a folder.. thought I would share. This was a Christmas present for my father.

Blade is 5/32" CPM S35VN with a 3.75" cutting edge
Overall length is 8.6"
Titanium liners are .071"
Carbidized lock face
G10 scales
3/16" Alpha Knife Supply pivot, .015" Teflon washers

Outstanding in every way, nice work!

Cool you gave it to your Dad, I did the same thing with my first folder and my Dad really enjoys it.
 
Very very nice! That knife is a beauty, your dad is a lucky guy! Everything works together, I love that blade and those scales.
 
Looks very nice especially for a first. I would make the lock flush with the handle so its not really touching your trigger finger.
 
That's a nice clean looking folder .. Now that you are making these please don't fall in to the Titanium trap .. Great for liner's but nothing smell's more unfinished than a milled out piece of Titanium . Looking forward to seeing some more of your stuff.
 
That is an outstanding job. There area many builders that wished their first folder turned out that well.

Been a fan of your work since I first saw one of your bushcrafters. That is a fantastic looking folder!
