First Forged / Damascus knife hunter

Here's my first Forged and damascus knife it was a fun and educational project. I took it easy on the damascus pattern for my first try.
Takedown style
blade 3.25" to guard
damascus 15n20 and 1095 6 layers and a couple twist
fittings wrought-iron and nickel silver
handle Yucatan Rosewood

Im new hear so I dont know a lot about knife making but it looks like a decent knife
How di you implumented the McCann on the steel?
 
idan I used an etcher I made that has 12 and 24 volts DC for etching and AC for leaving black inside the etch I ordered stencils from a company you can find a lot more info if you search for it. You can buy them some brands for a reasonable price to expensive or you can make your own. They call it a makers mark
