i live in a state that has no carry requiremtnts, no wait time, no permits

We still have to get permits, and getting a CCW is a pain.

I thought you were referring to the mandatory waiting period some states impose.

no waiting period...a phone call to state popo's for a quick check and thats it. i just didnt have the cash to pay for the whole thing..
