This one's headed for our troops in Afganistan. Been about a month in the making. Just wanted to get it RIGHT. The blade is 6", 11" OAL. Differentially hardened, flat ground, nickel silver gurad, canvas micarta handle. The blade is blued with Birchwood Casey Super Blue.
What do you think? I'm hoping it will make some soldier a good companion.

That is a beutiful knife, and I am shure the recipient will love it! Was the blade blued in the picture? It does not realy show.
I hope my first tactical turns out that well.

Mat, it is blued, but it came out fairly light even after several coats. It actually looks pretty dark in good light. This was taken in my shop with just a bunch of shop lights pointed at it. Haven't mastered good photo technique yet......
