I wanted something a little different for my very first Journeyman Smith stamped knife. I just really wanted to be the Best Dressed Man around the gut pile come this bow hunting season!
A nice little Every Day Carry with some choice African Blackwood and two Mother of Pearl inlays to set it off.
Stainless steel guard and take-down assembly hardware.
This knife's been a long time comin'.

Excellent lines, and construction to be sure...something to be proud of!

Best Regards,

OMG Karl, that is simply stunning & spectacular!! :D:D WOW!! I hope you make MORE of that knife!!

I was very impressed with your "JS" test knives Karl, and of course continue to be with this one. We always here knives being refereed to as Tuxedo Bowie or Tuxedo Fighter, well this is a Tuxedo Hunter is there ever was one. It has class written all over it.

That looks to be an excellent knife! It sure makes a beautiful canvas for your first JS mark. Congratulations!

 dang red x's...

Oh well, I'll swing by your site! :D

Okay, went to your site and saw it - nice work! I like the blade style, and having fondled a couple of yours in Atlanta, I like the handle, too. The inlays really set the whole thing off!
My only issue would be the guard - it's not a style I care for, but since I can't touch it, I'll just have to say it's not my visual cup o' tea, but, it is in your style, and I liked what I saw at Blade.

Now, another one with Bakelite! LOL!!!!

That's one heck of a beauty of a knife!

Outstanding!
The handle/blade shape,guard(requisite s/s:D),the choice of materials(love the Blackwood w/MP inlays) and it's a take- down.
Great photography:thumbup:,meant to complement your pics before but never did.:o

Doug :)

Dude, I'm sure your knife looks awesome, but I can't see it.

Damn good score on the web address I must say!:cool:
I expect an image of this knife will live in perpetuity on your homepage? (at least then I could see it:))
