First Kitchen Set Completed

I posted the Chef and Boning/Utility earlier. The set in complete with a 3.5” Parer.
All knives are AEB-L .110” stock
Paul Bos heat treated a to ~62 Rc.
The have natural canvas micarta w/blue fiber liners. Stainless pins, epoxied w/West System GFlex.
Hand Rub satin finish.

Good set. I've been thinking I should try to make a set of kitchen knives like that.

Not only first kitchen set. It was first batch of AEB-L stock. They should be nice and “slicey”. I definitely need to start testing.
