Hi guys,
Here we are again. I've been absent for a while since we moved to our new workshop. This is the first knife forged in our new store and wanted to share it with you.

San mai 420 / 1095
8,2" Blade / 13.8" Overall
Black micarta handle
Hope you like it!

I also attached some images of the new workshop

Best regards,
Claudio

your workshop is one of the most beautiful things I have EVER SEEN!!!

Nicely done, both the knife and the shop. I do a similar handle now on some of my hidden tangs, but without the blended corners on the bottom middle portion of the handle. Very cool look.

I like that you quarantined the grinding area. I'd like to do that eventually and have a pass-thru ventilation set up. Your shop is very much like I'd do mine if I had the space.

both the knife and workshop are well done! looks to be a great new year starting out Claudio!

Lorien, my friend!,
We are ready, your drawing is already on the anvil

Lorien..? What IS THIS?! Have you been holding out on us??

Seriously I hope we see that in the future... The blade shape is freaking awesome and Claudio's work never disappoints...
I really like longer/thinner blades. Bowies are cool and all but a fighter like that really speaks to me.
What a teaser... I'm not gonna be able to get that blade out of my head!

And Claudio, your new shop is something younger makers like myself can only dream of... That's knifemakers paradise.

The knife has some new lines, but it's still traditional CAS goodness! This thread has so many reasons to smile

Claudio, I am speechless. Dream shop, everything new and spotless. Even the hammer handles. If you do all forging on the press you need a rolling mill. Where is your forge? Great knife.

I have shop envy. And that's an impressive pile of stag handle material.

your post made me smile, Jacob!
Wait til you see what Claudio is going to do with this one...and then to the US for a crazy handle collaboration...this particular project has been in the works for almost 2 years!

Impressive work from your small friend. If I am ever in Argentina you are my first stop.

Man, what a nice shop! I'd consider having surgery there if need arose.

I've only seen one other shop that "tight".
And he was a retired submarine commander, mariner with a "any vessel any ocean type license".
Glad to see the dog bed.
