Hi everyone,
I posted this on another forum, but I thought I'd share it here also. This has been a super busy year so far with work, my wife's business, and Dad responsibilities, so I haven't been able to do much in the shop. I did however buy a KMG grinder, so thats a plus. Well, here is my first knife of the year, and the first one I've made since I did those pukkos last November. It is also my first wharncliff style knife, and the first knife I've put a real makers mark on. It's a lot of firsts...
Here are the specs:
OAL is 8 1/4"
Blade length is 3 3/4"
I forged the blade from a piece of 1084 I got from the Iron In The Hat at the spring Georgia Custom Knifemakers Guild meeting.
scales are black and natural canvas micarta, as are the pins.
What do you think? Comments welcome.

P.S I have got to get a better camera and build a light box. Cell phone pictures suck.
