First knife WIP

This is my first attempt at stock removal knife making. It's a simple Wharncliffe piece. Chisel ground by necessity, since I don't have a belt grinder yet, thus being forced to make it on the disk sander at work :). Any advice or brutal criticism is more than welcome.

Making sure to make a proper jig:

Next is to do as much cleanup as possible before sending it off to heat treatment.
