First knife

its not much but its my first knife made with a couple cheap tools (belt grinder, drill press, and circle saw thingy) from harbor freight in my ghetto little shop someones letting me use, and some materials i got off amazon. eyeballed pretty much everything. the locking mechanism is kind of like a slipjoint but the blade and back have notches that hook together, makes a nice snap when it locks in place. hammered together with brass pins no glue. i know its rough but hey its the first one.

and no it wasnt a kit, got brass bars and1084 steel bars brass liner squares brass pins and drill bits, ironwood blocks i had to saw down the middle by hand lol, eyeballed everything to shape with an angle grinder and cheap belt grinder, hand filed the bolsters to the classic maltese shape
