I finally made my first kydex sheath yesterday. I made the knife a couple months back but didn't have the supplies to make the sheath. I made a makeshift foam press and practiced a bit by making blade covers for a batch of paring knives I finished last week.

, here is what I ended up with...
The knife and sheath are going to my cousin who is a LEO. I doubt that he will carry on duty but I imagine it will go most every where else with him.
