First laminated blade

Looks very nice indeed Mike. You might want to try for some kind of etch that produces more contrast betwen the steels. This one doesn't immediately jump out at me as being a laminate versus a single differentially hardened steel.

I'd like to see more contrast in the laminate, as Roger mentioned.

I think part of the problem is my picture taking. the blade was etched but I think I may have polished out more of the contrast than I should have. It does show up better In hand.
