First Lg 21 is on the way but shipper didnt...EDIT: Got her!

So I bought a Lg 21 and sent payment sunday night, the seller shipped her noonish monday. I am in central PA and the shipper is in Jersey so it SHOULD be here today BUT the guy who shipped it did not include a tracking #, just sent me a message that it was DC :grumpy: I didnt sleep well last night I am so excited for the damn thing and on my walk back from class to my apt I see the big USPS shipment truck drive right down the street.

So no way of knowing it is on the truck or not, have class from 3:30 to 6:30pm, kinda just thinking of walking the 3 blocks to the USPS store and ask them for it.. can I even do that?? haha

anyway, just had to rant, anyone else have inconvenient waits?

P.S. my roommate ordered a battery from apple monday morning, got here yesterday at 10am, wish I had that luck.

I used to work for the post office and right now during the tax season things are slower at usps. They must make sure that all tax documents are sent first before anything else. was the item shiped first class or priority?
 
Priority, It still may come today I just dont want to be in class when it does and get the dreaded "attempted delivery" note.
 
I don't know if the "Blizzard of 2011" has affected you at all, but my PO is 1-2 days behind because of last night's and today's snow. I had a package with today as an "Expected Delivery" date, and no package. I met my carrier at the mail box, and she told me to expect 1-2 day delays for a little while.

Oh well, what can ya' do? (BTW, you can not intercept your package while it's en route, not even at your local PO on the morning they're loading it onto the delivery truck (I know, I tried!) -- you have to wait until it's delivered, attempted, or notice left for you to pick it up.)
 
Thans Derek, yeah I called to see if I could just hang out while the truck sorts it out lo.

Softrock, I did except he has not answered a message in a day or 2. Crappy seller with a great price though.

Well its almost 7 here and thats the latest package I have received to date so T-16 min till today is a wash.
 
Glad it all worked out for you mdc5162. That sucks that the seller didn't communicate with you better. That would of pissed me off highly. Not to hard to answer a freaking email in my opinion.

Looks great, Martin! From the wear on the thumb stud, I would expect more wear on the handles. Perhaps it was refinished/refurbished?

Perhaps, I was happily surprised when I got it, the edge also seems factory so maybe. Since I got it at such a low price and the knife was bone dry when I received it I am not sure if the previous owner knew too much about knives, weird having a Sebenza though... Maybe it just sat around for a long time? Not sure but shes in good hands now :D

That is correct, told me that it was actually sitting in my mailbox for a day! I thought delivery conformation ment that I had to sign for it.
