When I was trying to decide what to get the girlfriend for Christmas, I decided I should make an awful decision and make my first folder, let alone liner lock, and learn as I went along following Sugarcreek Forge's youtube tutorial. A couple guys on this forum helped me out as well, and I'd like to thank you for that.
I used 1095/4340 damascus I got on ebay, .063" 6al4v ti liners, I made blue/black paper micarta, and got pins, washers, and shims from USA Knifemaker.

My sister is learning glassblowing and made the decorative bead on the leather pouch. It was a rush to get it done in time for Christmas and there were plenty of headaches, but I'd say I'm pretty pleased with it.

The scales were initially going to be thinner, but the more rounded feel has better ergonomics than I was expecting.
