Oh man! Very nice work, Darrel. I especially like the detail work on the spokes emanating from the pivot point screw.

Great looking knife Darrel. I would venture a guess that the finish is not the DBT finish

. Looks like you are really getting into your carving too. Really like the job you did on the black lip of the Nomad II.

You did post a first look on another kind of EDC. Great pics!

Thanks Gus
There are all kinds of finishs for all kinds of folks. Gregs knife was built for him the way he likes them.. For hard use.
I took some heat from Carson last weekend about my gray turd comment a few months ago
:] Ill never live that down. He's using it as slang now BLUSH! He handed me a knife and said not bad for a gray turd eh and smiled.
Damn I felt 2 inches tall then :] (FOOT IN MOUTH)
Thanks on the Nomad 2 (2 in blade) Im glad you like it .
California legal... :] Damn things are a bite to build! My fingers are still burn from grinding the blades.

What a beautiful knife. Every time I see a pic of one of Darrel's knives I can't wait to get my auto. They say patience is a virtue, no? haha

Super stuff, Darrel. You continue to impress me with the quality coming from your shop.

Darrel ... you got to do an XL (4.25" +) blade on these EDC's too sometime! Big is better

That is one hell of a knife big guy.It should be hanging in the Louvre. That file work is sweet and always thrills an Irish boy like me to see good knotwork.

By the way, those photo's are sweet!Who took them?Is there anyway he could shoot some of knife sometime.I could really use good photo's for catalog and reference use.I would like to throw your guy some work, can I get his info?
