Just got this in - my first Bad Blood knife and I have to say I'm impressed. What a tank! It's all thick, heavy steel except for the scales and there ain't no skeletonization no place. Lock up is rock solid with no play and unlocks easily. The big chisel ground blade is fairly sharp out of the box but smooth as it is, you'll still need a bit of a wrist flick to get it open - at least I do - because, did I mention it's heavy? Heavy enough that with the right technique you can easily inertia open the knife without going anywhere near the flipper. The scales are smoothly matched to the liners with no gaps except at the locking bar. You can see the locking engagement in the picture - plenty of life to go there. Clip tension is really good - easy in and out but holds the knife firmly. Centering looks good although it's kinda hard to tell with a chisel grind.

I'm not a huge fan of chisel grinds but at least this is done correctly for a right hander. It's always bugged me that ever since Emerson - a lefty - popularized chisel ground blades that they're nearly always ground for lefties. I know, all you left handers out there are saying "Now you know what it feels like, you righty bastard!":D I would love to see this knife in a three quarter v grind and with skeletonized liners. I think I'll be checking out the Persian soon.

Cool knife I think they have some interesting designs, but I just can't carry knives that heavy.
