nice! the cts-xhp is my first mule as well and it's my most wear-resistant steel so far. i was curious how well it holds an edge so i tried to see how it compares to s30v when it comes to cutting cardboard cross-grain. in this pic, it's about a foot deep already by the time it dulled enough that it wasn't cutting printer paper cleanly anymore (but it kept cutting those cardboard though almost as well as freshly sharpened )...i think you'll like that steel
