First new Becker in a long time - Thank you Dex!!

Just wanted to share some pics of my new BK16, I traded my 15 with Dex (i.e. Coyle Outdoors), and man he hooked me up. If you haven't ever had a parkerized blade before, it's soooo much nicer than the original coating!

That's pretty much it for now. I'm super in love with the 16, the tweener handles fit my hands really well. I liked the 15, but I think the blade shape of the 16 serves my purposes a little better. Cannot wait to get out in the woods and use it a bunch! I also want to try and shorten one of the sheaths so it fits the blade a little better. I forsee the 16 becoming my go-to fixed blade here really soon.
 
Very nice. Seems like a pretty good deal for everyone...nice job on the blade, Dex. Me, OTOH.....I scored a 4th 15 off the exchange a few weeks ago. I really like the 16, but....the 15 is more suited to be my EDC/pack fixed blade. Seriously, I would've traded you a 16 for a 15 - though you got a WAY better deal getting one Parked by Dex. Excellent!
 
The 16 is my all time favorite production blade. Every time I take mine out I wonder why I spend hundreds on customs when the best designed knife out there is the 16. I've got one of those roll stamped saber ground ones with a 710 sheath. It's one of my favorite possessions.

Great blades! The 16 is just so simple and useable. To me it is what I would envision a small generic utility to be when broken down to all essential elements with nothing added that is not needed. A "pure" knife if you will.
 
Nice! I figured he'd take care of ya. Dex is an awesome dude! I have a couple of his modded and parked blades and they're fantastic. Congrats! Ur gonna love it.

 
Congrats on the new steel. Who's Dex??? Just kidding, just haven't seen him around for some time now.
 
The 16 is fantastic. Best all-around Becker IMO. It has been my favorite belt knife for a about 2 years, though I have a new custom that may usurp it. I think it's one of the best production knives on the market.

It's great for bushcraft!

Hard to find one better than Brother Coyle...... It looks just fine, it does....

You spend money on customs cause they're purdy... But yeah, the 16 is awesome. Cool that you have one of the saber ground ones!!
