Hello all. Let me start by stating...
Not selling, trading or looking for value.
I have always loved Canoes. I carry an old Case Canoe the my Grandfather carried for years. I recently made a trade, included was this GEC. The owner didn't know anything about it. I knew it was a Canoe. Beautiful scales, never owned this brand before. Looks like bone stag ???
I only want help identifying it.

Rick is correct. That knife was made by Queen. Very nice nife though. You'll enjoy it. The steel is most likely 420HC stainless steel.
 
This is the tang stamp. Hoping to identify scale material, just to satify my curiosity. It is a wonderful knife.20170506_193830.jpg
