Just finished this one. It's going out to my first official customer. My brother bought a knife from me but I'm not sure that counts. This one is similar to a knife I posted a while back that I made for my mother. 6" blade made from Aldo's AEB-L. Handle is stabilized California Redwood from Burl Source. Stainless pins. Let me know what you think.

Fit and finish look good from the pictures, but too much belly for what I assume is a small chef's knife.

Of course it counts as long as he pays you for it. :D;)
But seriously, a fine looking knife.

Yeah, it's supposed to be a chef knife but obviously I'm not a kitchen knife expert. Can you post a pic of proper belly in a chef knife?

Perfect hotdog knife

Doug :)

that looks like a knife worth buying.

Doug and Pete, thanks for the reference pics. I made a kitchen knife for my Mom. It wasn't any particular style, like I said, similar to this one. I'm not really a kitchen knife guy per se. But a gentleman who saw the other asked for one. So I made one for him. If I get into making more kitchen knives I'll definitely have to educate myself about the different styles of kitchen knives.

Thanks for the kind remarks people
