First order from Buck CS

I placed my first order with the Buck CS this morning.

110 folder
mirror polished blade
nickel bolsters
rivets
indigo royalwood
tan leather sheath
personalized engraving
( a little humor when my business partner or son wants to borrow my knife)

Now for the wait. My Buck/Tops CSAR-T is due in tomorrow so that should keep me occupied for a little while.

Ya no somethin just rang in my head,(very hollow echo) when you add rivots, there isnt a rocker rivot.......wonder why?

Very very nice, I've been collecting, BM, Spyderco's and Emersons, for the last few years. Its time to start collecting Bucks.
 
I'm sure it will be a handsome knife. From my experience they look even better in real life than in the mock-up on the internet.

I've been thinking of getting an indigo with brass bolsters to have a old-nautical look. But it's just one of many things on my "maybe" list.
 
Thanks folks. I have pretty much carried daily since Cub Scouts (43 years) but just recently took a real interest in upgrading a few and adding to the collection. It seems addictive. LOL

BUT they have come a long way from ordering by phone, and not really knowing what it would look like! I like the new order page on their site!!! :thumbup:

I got a notice this morning that my new knife had shipped on the 17th and should be here tomorrow. Twelve days from order to shipping is impressive. Photos will be posted when it arrives.
