First Pancake Sheath

This is my first pancake sheath I have done. I had been just copying the kit that Tandy sells before hand, so this is much more "mine". It has a full welt, basketweave stamp with #2 rope stamp from BK, #2 fluted camo stamp from BK, Barbour's 5 cord linen thread, dyed with same dye as the edges, hand stitched.

I like it, I'm a big fan of pancake holsters for handguns. This one makes sense! Thanks for sharing.

Something I've found with pancake holsters if you want the gun to be very secure run your belt up through the belt slot, over the pancake, then back through the other belt slot. The tension on your belt will hold the gun very securely but still be relativily easy to get out. Should work the same with a knife.
