Arguably the best looking Manix 2 to date. And its blinging some CPM M4 to boot. Righteous.

There is one of these in the EXCHANGE already. The blade is way off center on that one.
How is the centering on yours?
I've got one on the way and I can't stand when the blade is off center by more than a tiny bit.

Eloreno, the blade on mine is well centered. Not perfectly 50-50, but maybe 45-55 or better. I don't get grumpy unless its 30-70 or worse. But this one is fine, as are all of my Manix 2s.

Looks almost like a dark foliage green!

Part of that may be attributable to it being overcast when I took the pics. They are a little too dark. But it is a handsome knife.

Looks almost like a dark foliage green! M4 is gonna kill in this knife !

Top one is foliage green and the lower ones are the tan:

As for the knives, they're very well constructed. I was able to dial out all the side play with pivot screw adjustment. The centering on one is 45/55, the other is 50/50. Absolutely no worries.

I also got mine in today but the centering is perfect on mine. This is my first manix and I love it but when did they change the lock button shape. The one I held in the store had more of a triangle shape to it and this is more flat. This isnt a complaint because I think its fairly easy to disengage and the ridges or jimping on the button locks your thumb in(but cant disengage with one finger or thumb yet)but just curious as to when it was changed it or maybe I am mistaken. It was several months ago when I held it in stores.

And speaking of the color I see it as more of a cream or light tan.

Thanks for your response Dan!

Lovely knife, congrats! I love the Manix 2 (I own a CTS-XHP and the Orange Cutlery Shoppe sprint run) and this one is another great one.

Mine should be arriving later today. Really looking forward to it -- CPM-M4 is amazing stuff!

I personally don't prefer the tan color. I like my foliage green manix, but ideally, I would like it to be a little bit darker. I'm not one for light/pale colored knife scales. But I can say the foliage green did grow on me and I like it better than I did when I got it, and better than the pics do justice to show the real color.

and M4 ROX!!!

My Manny 2 arrived today!
Boy oh boy is it a beaut!

Mine appears to have perfect centering and smooth as butta!
Instant favorite from the Manny line.

Pretty spiffy there Mr. Powernoodle. Spydie always does such cool sprint runs.

fyi- On a Manix I had, loosening the screws and pushing the scales up/down (if that makes sense, push one up, other down), then re-tightening adjusted most of the mis-alignment out.

Mine is centered and has zero play with the lock released, which is not always the case with this pivot design.

Mine came today, and I have to say that I am very pleased with it. The blade is well centered on mine.

Tom

Does this sprint run have the regular full liners or the lightened (skeletonized?) liners?

Thanks
