I have always been fond of tipis. They are easy to set up, shed wind very well, and provide alot of interior room for minimal bulk and weight. After lots and lots of research, I decided to go with a company called "Seek Outside". I went with their 6 man tipi. With tipi, pole, and stakes it weighs about 6 lbs. I mainly bought this for winter camping, as well as some summer car camping here and there. I decided to go with a silnylon tipi over a canvas Snow Trekker tent simply because I wanted to use it year round.

I received my Seek Outside Tipi last week and set it up in the yard this weekend. The stove I am using was handmade by a friend of mine.

I have the SO 6-person tipi as well, and their medium ti stove. It's a great setup, and the whole thing (with the pole/stakes) is less than 10lbs.

Btw - I'm still using one of your Laplander sheaths. Fits like a glove and it's built to last!
