I recently purchased a 167UH 12" Fillet / Fish knife and would like to know when it was manufactured .
The tang stamp located on the right side is "Uncle Henry"(signature) over "SCHRADE +" over "U.S.A.
The one is full serif and what little I know is with the 152 sharp finger a full serif was first run, then came san-serif and last was top only serif. Would this hold true for the 167UH ?
The box it came with is brown in color w/ gold imprinted "167UH" on one end and gold imprinted Uncle Henry on the top of the box .

You might want to try posting pics of the knife over in the Traditional Folders and Fixed Blades sub-forum. Lots of guys and gals there who are very knowledgeable about the Schrade/Uncle Henry stuff.
