Not made by me...
Do a lot of people here make their own knives? Hope that's not a prerequisite 🤣

Doing photography at uni, landscapes, architecture and the odd 'product'

Work as a chef for a living and got myself a Japanese 33 layer Damascus hammered blade as a gift to myself. Currently getting a handle made for it and so damn excited!

Be cool to hear what anyone thinks!
Mostly took with strobe lighting at home
Hope y'all are well 😘

Good looking blade! Thx for sharing the pics.

What are the specs on it (grind config, edge length, height at heel, thickness, steel(s), maker, etc)?

Looks very pretty! What kind of handle are you getting?
Does seem thick for a chef's knife though?
