Just got a $148.90 charge on my bank account from "Busse" a few days ago :) Probably the first time I've ever been excited to see my money disappear...

Hope that means my Rat Trap is coming soon! From those of you who are experienced, how long should I expect to wait?

If you got charged, then that usually means it's in the queu to be shipped. You should get it soon.

Yea, 10 to 14 days. Keep saying that to yourself and maybe in a month or three you'll have your knife. Their service and delivery times are pittiful. I'd rather pay a premium on the aftermarket than wait eons for Swamp Rat to deliver.

This is not correct info. We do not charge CC's until your knife is prepared to ship. If you have been charged your knife has gone to shipping and should ship within days of the charge.

Delivery times from the time the order was placed may be pitiful, however, I really take offense to the comment about "service" being pitiful. If you have been treated pitifully please contact me as soon as possible. I work very hard (as does the office staff) to make sure that no one is treated poorly. ratknives@insightbb.com

So whom is Eric's "Amy?" Rats should have our own special person - someone we could smooze with and bribe!!

Come on Eric - or is this you??

Tough day Eric.... seems to all hit you at once.

Anyway, I'd like to say that you were the first to welcome me and anytime questions come up you've been quick to answer... thanks for all the info. you are our "rat" in the swamp...

I was charged for my Rat Trap today as well. I got charged a bit more because I live in Ohio and have to pay extra taxes, though. I've waited over five months for it.

Well - Eric is always "The Man" for us Rats ...... but I was thinking in a different direction. Something a bit sweeter and better smelling. :D

Sweet, thanks for the info guys. Can't wait for it to get here

I equate service with prompt delivery times. Swamp rat is infamous for slow delivery and processing. By the way, is it February yet? (New product line).
