I just received my first Sebenza, a small classic and I'm impressed. this knife is just what I am looking for in an EDC. Not the prettiest knife but it is everything I have been reading about-It is screaming to be used, not put in some drawer..I'm sure it won't be my last Sebenza either..Tony

I'm waiting for my first one, too. A small classic.

It might be flying now... Can't wait for it ... ;)

...and the ranks of the SEBENZANISTAS grow..grow......and GROW!! :D :D :D Welcome aboard pilgrims  :)

Congrats on your first (of many) Sebbie. It IS the perfect EDC hands down. I hope you get many years of enjoyment out of it. ;)

Just obtained a small regular (lefty) for my best buddy. It's a real pleasure to indoctrinate a friend into the ranks of the Sebzenistas. Enjoy Gord.

Nice, now grab that allen wrench and take it apart and put it back together. That will really make it yours!

I've been thinking about doing that all day-I saw the instructions on this forum so all I've gotta do is dig in.-Thanks all-Tony

Congratulations on your first Sebbie. Bear in mind that it's hard to own just one, though.

today i recived my regular big sebbie, damn what a fine knife. Is using a militec as a lubricant is a good idea ?

Militec oil is good. Militec grease I've heard is better and I think CRK fluorianted grease is the best, but YMMV.

Hello, everyone:

After lurking here and elsewhere and reading praises about all of Chris Reeve's knives, I ordered a small regular Sebenza from KnifeArt without having touched a Sebbie. What clinched it for me was a post by the revered Bob Dozier in his own forum in response to the following: Bob, if you could not have a Dozier knife, whose knife would you want? Bob's answer was any of Chris Reeve's folding knives. You can look it up. I love my new Sebbie, and as an avid fisherman, I want one in the pheasant tail pattern, too.

it has been over a week since i get my first regular sebbie, but i still can't stop keep opening and closing, opening and closing... Do you got the same "problem" as me ? :)

Secondly, that this affect to frame lock wearing ?

Vince, wasn´t you the guy looking for a Busse Active Duty a while back...? I traded most of my Busse collection in for Sebenzas... Still got a few BIG blades for the rugsack but as for folders...-Sebenza´s are the only way to go IMHO!!! ;)
ALIass
BTW, let me know if your still trading for a AD, I´ll swap you for the Sebbie in you hand before you loose skin on that thumb!! :D

yep that was me :)

I still really want AD, but i love my sebbie either, so unless you're going to add unique graphic or wood inlay sebbie to that Ad there's no deal :p

And yep, that thumb is killing me ;)
