YES, is very well made, is the only knife with rounded spine :), it is carefully finished but is tough it cuts like a laser :D. It is big enough, but is under 10 cm ( the blade ), which is important for some countries in Europe and, very important, it looks "friendly" ( and expensive ) so i can take it with me in various places ( btw, i chose the vines model because i like it AND improves the "friendly" aspect ). the only thing that i would change is the grind, i'd like a v grind or even a convex one.
Brief: i like it ! :)

Allex, Congrats on your "first" Seb! Let's see how long it takes to get your second one. You picked a nice one to get your feet wet.

Congrat's Allex:)

How do you like that belt pouch? I just ordered one for my Lg Seb.

i'll take sebenza with me. not really everyday, but often :). the belt pounch? is nice, the lether thick and since i was a child i loved that special smell. i'll wear horizontally.

congrats! that looks awesome!

is that your custom design or a CRK design?

beauty,

mike

great looking sebbie!! but if it isn't a v grind or convex what is it? i thought they came from the factory with a convex.

Great looking piece Allex. I like the Boker you compared it to. I just received the new Boker catalog. In it is the same knife you posted but with SS Damascus inlayed as well. With a $799 msrp, not sure about it though. How do you like it?

As far as the Sebenza grinds... The blade is hollow ground with a convex edge. They achieve this by first hand grinding the edge on a wheel and then buffing/polishing it on another. Kind of hard to resharpen at first but doesn't take long to get the hang of it. I've heard some people even having the edge re-profiled after they get it.

Leo III? tough and almost perfect in every detail. it hasn't any kind of blade play and even the liner is not as thick as Sebenza liner, i trust it. but i'll not carry it... sometimes
I take my Boker Turbine :)

Looks like I'm a new member of the CRK's owners club too:D. I got my first Sebenza yesterday as well. Mine is the small regular 3-inline, and all I can say is WOW! This knife is going to spoil me for all others. I can see why the Sebe is the yardstick for all other folders. The size is perfect for an everyday EDC, and very sheeple friendly, and the attention to detail is remarkable! It cost me quite a few knives... but I think it was well worth it:thumbup: congrats to you on your sebe...looks great!

Dave

When you use it you'll love it more .Mine is an EDC.I just opened a box and inside the product was sealed in that tough stiff plastic that makes people scream. With the Sebenza it was zip, zip and it was open !!

congratulations on your 1st seb!!!!!!! that boker looks nice too, I too just go the new boker catalog and was looking at that model, funny how they have knives like that and a few pages down they show their lower end magnum folders for $9...lol....
