Yesterday I was home for lunch and decided it was time to clean up my hummingbird feeder. I took it apart and cleaned it up. While the "nectar" was cooling I saw a hummingbird fly to the spot it always hangs. They are migratory. I have no clue where So. Ga hummingbirds winter over but to fly back to my home and hover exactly where the feeder hangs amazes me.
I often feel old and jaded but that really brought a little light to my soul!

I think they go to Miami and hang out with the Canadians They've got little bird sandals and black socks.
