Well, it's no Don Hanson masterpiece, but here is my latest knife and first ever slipjoint.
1080 blade and backspring, 3.75" closed, 6.75" open, 410 SS liners, G10 scales and 416 SS pins.
2 weeks ago at ICCE all I had was a sketch and I decided I was going to get 1 made before the Heartland Bladesmithing Symposium this weekend. I know 1080 isn't the optimum steel choice, but it was all I had time to get it finished with. I'll also add that Steve Culver's tutorials were paramount in my success with this build.
