Given the level of anticipation and the scope of the current feeding frenzy, I thought it would be intesting to find the very first post on Bladeforums that mentioned the possibilty of a smaller Military. Ready to get into the time machine?

Well the credit for first mention seems to go to James Y, on 2-19-999:

Hi Carlos, Thanx for the "memory trip".

It's been 5 years, but at this time, there does exist a smaller Military design on the streets.

See, We listen. ...And we follow through..... most of the time ;) .

It just takes a long time. But.....if you consider 15 to 20 new models every year, it has to take longer. At least for us.

We've got at least a half dozen collaboration designs we're working on + a dozen in-house designs right now.

Once in a while, we can zoom a design to the front of the line, but there is usually a very good reason to want to, or to be able to, do that.
