First Spyderco's today

I purchased 3 spyderco's from a fellow forumite and they arrived today. I got 2 Meerkats, 1 serrated, 1 recurve S, an 1 pride, plainedge US. These are my first spyderco's that are mine. I have handled some in the past, but it was a long time ago. I was very surprised and pleased at how nice they appear to be. I haven't done much with them yet but I wouldn't hesitate to buy more based on these 3. I must admit that prior to this, I thought that the less expensive models would be "cheap", but I was wrong. Good job all you Spyderco people. I think you would be hard pressed to find a better knive in this price range. My son has already taken the Meerkat serrated one as his own. He cut up a large cardboard box(with parental supervision) and is very happy with it. Thanks for letting me share.

Welcome to the Spydie owner's club. Sal and his folks are top notch professionals. I have had numerous Spydies over the last 12 years and I am a bigger fan now than ever.

Same here and same knife. I just received a recurved Meercat PE and an S30V Native. I'm real impressed.

I'm going to have to start hiding these things from my wife!
