First stock removal knives in collection

In the last few weeks I've added the first 2 unforged knives to my collection:

Bought at Blade, a large Evolution folder by JW Smith (blade is 3 3/4"):

Just got from True North a small Model 2 framelock by Mike Obenauf (blade is just 3"):

Amazing fit & finish on those...

Joss, you got two beautiful knives. I like a lot the Mike Obenauf Model 2. It is the type of folder that "rings my bell" ;)
 
Merely outstanding. Just remember Michelangelo used the stock removal method to create the Pieta.:eek:
 
I'll repeat it again. I have NEVER seen a J.W. Smith knife that I did not like!

The Obenauf is super sweet too.
