Looks good!
Question: how's the fit in the kydex after strippin' it?
Keep on sanding :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

No too bad on the fit I just put a little heat to the kydex and warmed it up a bit then squeezed it till it cooled and it snugged right back up
Thanks

may try the hand rub fnish should me easy to go there from here and it would be easier to keep decent looking

Very true... I think that may be a key. Polish up to a much her grit than you want the satin finish at and then when you drop down it should a snap to get a sweet finish.

So thats were the Bar Code is on these things are:D

Great Job! Its looking good:thumbup:

Looks good! I know I could never have a polished knife for a user though, I'd spend more time touching it up than I would using it. I think the hand rubbed option will look great on that BM. What have you got in mind for the handles? Looks like you're re-profiling them?
