Great pics and thread! Glad to see that you found some time to get out in no mans land with your gear. Feel special that you have that pack, the made in Columbia ones are now a collectors edition.:D I'm amazed at how much gear that thing seems to be able to carry though for its size. Thanks for the pics!

Sweet!!
Congrats on your first "survival" outing!!!
Looks like god times!!

yeah, we had sleeping bags, and the san mai is amazing. I havn't really used it that much, and it was amazingly amazing.

That's a great sheath. Was it purchased, or did you find and assemble all the different parts?

Looks like a good time, a bit on the cold side for my blood though. Nice post and pics, thanks for sharing.

I was camping this weekend as well, and thought it was cold at 24F:eek: No snow here in North Florida either.
I did take my ESEE 5 though, and did ALL the work this time with my new Izula.

i bought the spec ops combat master sheath from emgear. i made the lanyard thing so i could hang from my shoulder. great sheath. laserna pack is my friends. he loved it. it is amazing how much they can hold.
