I own a few Swamprats, but never any Busse's. Well my birthday was yesterday, and my wife had me thinking I was getting a nice wrist watch, but when I opend up her gift I realized it was a knife in a sheath....!
Before I even took the knife all the way out I could see the tell tale Busse choil!
Seems she was paying attention when I comented on how nice busse knives were when I saw a few featured in the movie "Faster".
Take a look at what she picked out for me....
A Custom Shop BOSS Street with dyed girrafe bone scales, mozaic pins, and a sheath...
...Not exactly what I would have picked out for myself, but I'll take it!
She said she realy wanted to get me a SAR 6 (which I would have loved) but she got out bid for it at the last minute on ebay when she was away from the computer.
Anyway, this is a nice little knife with excellent fit and finish. I know it may be blasphemy to mess with a collectors knife like this, but I will likely mod it some with some filework, and reshaping of the handle scales to make it more to my liking, since I will be keeping this thing for a LONG time!
Can't wait to put it to use!
