It didn't turn out too bad! I started w/ 100 on the Busse DSSF and 220 on the Izula and went 320-400-600-belt w/ jeweler's rouge-soft side of clean belt

I first tried the Busse with 220 but the tip was so thick (yeah yeah) that I had to use 100 grit to get it to a workable angle.

The Izula is RIDICULOUSLY easy to sharpen.

That was hand sharpened??

They both were. The Izula is my practice blade for anything I do, and I wanted a sharper Busse so after I got the hang of it on the Izula I went to the Busse.

It took me almost 4 hours to do both of them; must get belt sander w/ low speed motor...

WOW! I had mine done by a knifemaker and your's looks almost the same. He did it with paper wheels.
